Return & Refund Policy
YW (You We Technology Co.,Ltd) promises that all products are purchased from the original factory or franchised distributors, to ensure the original genuine quality. You choose and purchase goods in this mall, indicating that you have known the use of the goods and parameters of the characteristics, YW will not assume any responsibility brought about by the selection.
YW will not accept a return request if it is not for quality reasons or it does not have the RMA# from YW.
- Eligibility
- Returns/refunds accepted only for quality-related issues.
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
- Process
- Submit: YW order number, product photos, labels, and issue description via customer service for RMA# with shipment.
- Approved returns: Choose replacement or refund.
- Refunds
- Lost shipments: Refund issued after confirmed loss.
- Non-approved returns: No refund; return costs borne by customer.
- Exceptions
- No liability for delays caused by: Extreme weather, customs, postal delays, strikes, epidemics, or force majeure.
