Shipping & Delivery

Standard Air Shipping: When Standard delivery is chosen, we'll select a carrier (UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to handle the shipment. Estimated delivery usually takes 3 - 4 working days. If you opt for Advance Payment, the delivery time will be calculated from the date of payment confirmation. The shipping cost is determined by the package weight:

• Orders up to 3 kg: $12.90 (net)*
• Orders from 3 to 5 kg: $19.90 (net)*
• Orders from 5 to 10 kg: $26.90 (net)*

UPS Express Saver: For orders up to 5 kg shipped via UPS Express Saver, the shipping fee is $23 (net)*. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 working days, calculated from the payment date if Advance Payment is selected.

DHL Express: For orders up to 5 kg shipped via DHL Express, the shipping fee is $23 (net)*. Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 working days. If Advance Payment is chosen, delivery time starts from the date of payment.

FedEx International Priority®: For orders up to 5 kg shipped via FedEx International Priority®, the shipping fee is $23 (net)*. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 working days from payment confirmation for Advance Payment orders.

Note that all shipping costs mentioned above exclude Customs Duty. Also, please be aware that dangerous goods (including but not limited to explosives, flammable materials, and gases) cannot be shipped via air transport. The provided delivery times are approximate and based on statistical analysis. In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
